Product Overview

YTJLW10-720-32E primary and secondary fusion voltage/current integrated sensor is an AC sensor that complies with the technical specifications of the State Grid's primary and secondary fusion equipment and is designed and manufactured in accordance with the group standard T/CES 018-2019 "Technical Conditions for 10kV and 20kV AC Sensors for Distribution Networks".
The sensor can simultaneously output phase sequence, zero sequence voltage and phase current, zero sequence current sampling signals, and can be matched with ZW32 type pole-mounted high voltage switch. It has the characteristics of low power consumption, high accuracy, and three-in-one measurement, metering, and protection.

Voltage Section 
● Uses ceramic capacitors for good long-term stability and extensive grid operation experience. 
● Features high operating current and strong anti-interference capability. 
● Low output impedance, adaptable to various cables, overcoming cable-induced errors, with cable exchange error less than 0.1%. 
● Exhibits minimal accuracy variation due to environmental temperature changes. The maximum error variation within the -40℃~70℃ temperature range is less than 0.25%, fully meeting the temperature variation index requirements of a 0.5-grade sensor as stipulated by the standard. 
● Secondary signals are output through an isolation transformer, providing enhanced safety and anti-interference capability.

Current Section 
● Phase current and zero-sequence current are wound with independent coils, with zero-sequence current obtained through current synthesis. 
● The zero-sequence current output has an error of less than 1% when the primary current is 1%~120% of the rated current (1A~24A), and an error of less than 10% at 30 times the overcurrent (200A). 
● Manufactured using low-temperature drift iron core, meeting standard requirements for error variation in the -40~70℃ temperature range, especially at -40℃. 
● Can operate continuously under single-phase 600A current (i.e., 10 times the rated current) for zero-sequence output. 
● Uses low-temperature drift sampling resistors, capable of long-term operation under 4 times the rated current and short-term operation under 10 times overload. 
● 100% of sampling resistors undergo factory aging, ensuring high long-term stability and minimal resistance variation.
