After-sales Service Commitment
After the contract is signed, actively and promptly cooperate with the buyer and the design department for joint design, strictly providing corresponding electrical design drawings and other technical materials according to the delivery schedule.
During the product manufacturing process or upon product delivery, we sincerely invite your leaders and relevant personnel to visit our company for guidance. We will provide all conveniences and actively cooperate with the supervision of the equipment.
While delivering satisfactory products to users, we also strive for perfection in our after-sales service and buyer training. We develop different training programs based on specific user requirements. In accordance with the requirements of this tender document and combining our successful training methods in the past, we have developed two schemes: supervision training and on-site training. The specific operations are as follows:
Supervision training for some personnel: The project manager for the engineering will determine the specific training content and time, and after obtaining the buyer's consent, determine the specific execution time, location, and method; according to the determined content and time, relevant engineers will be arranged to conduct lectures for the relevant personnel and answer difficult questions; when the trainees have mastered the corresponding theory, the company's commissioning personnel will arrange practical operation training for the trainees until they can operate proficiently.
